Rubber Rail Pad for Standard Railway Rail

This rubber rail pad is installed between railway rail and concrete sleeper, mainly used for vibration absorption, noise reduction, pressure uniform distribution and electrical insulation of railway track systems. It matches 60kg/m and 50kg/m standard railway rails.

Standard dimension: length 180 mm, width 150 mm, thickness 10 mm. The thickness can be customized within 6 mm ~ 12 mm. Each pad is equipped with 12 anti-slip bosses, single weight ranges from 0.8 kg to 1.0 kg, color black.

Base material adopts natural rubber and synthetic rubber composite material, hardness 60 ~ 70 Shore A. Key Mechanical Properties

The pad owns outstanding comprehensive durability: ✅ Aging resistance: Hardness change ≤ ±5 Shore A after 72h aging test at 70℃ ✅ Oil resistance: Volume change ≤5% when exposed to railway lubricating oil ✅ Low-temperature resistance: No cracking or brittleness at -40℃ ✅ High-temperature resistance: No deformation or melting below 70℃ ✅ Excellent non-conductive electrical insulation

Complying with TB/T 2626 railway industry standard, the product has ISO 9001 certification and railway industry qualification. Under normal working conditions, service life reaches over 5 years.

Typical Applications

Mainly applied on ballasted and ballastless railway lines, passenger railways, freight railways and urban rail transit tracks. Laid on the surface of concrete sleepers and fixed together with rail fastening systems to buffer wheel-rail impact, lower track vibration and operating noise, protect rails and sleepers, and extend track service life.
